YN14 is a potent and selective KRASG12C-targeting PROTAC that effectively degrades the oncoprotein by recruiting the VHL E3 ligase. It demonstrates robust antiproliferative activity in vitro and induces tumor regression in vivo, as evidenced in MIA PaCa-2 xenograft models with high tumor growth inhibition rates.
