Compound 32 (XY-52) is a small molecule ST2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 5.68 μM (AlphaLISA) and 4.59 μM (HEK-Blue) . In a GVHD mouse model, it promotes proinflammatory T-cell proliferation and reduces plasma sST2 and IFNγ levels, supporting its use in immunology and inflammation research.
