WRN Inhibitor 4 (Example 107) is a cyclic vinyl sulfone compound that selectively inhibits the Werner syndrome helicase (WRN) . This small molecule tool is used in cancer research to study synthetic lethal approaches in microsatellite unstable (MSI) cancers, both in vitro and in vivo.
