WRN Inhibitor 3 (example 110) is a cyclic vinyl sulfone compound that acts as a potent and selective inhibitor of the Werner syndrome helicase (WRN) . This tool compound is used in cancer research to study synthetic lethal approaches in microsatellite unstable (MSI) cancers, both in vitro and in vivo.
