STAT3-IN-20 is a selective STAT3 SH2 domain inhibitor (IC50 = 0.65 μM) that blocks STAT3 activation and downstream signaling. It exhibits antiproliferative activity, induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cell lines like DU145 and MDA-MB-231, making it a useful probe for studying STAT3-driven cancers in vitro.
