RyRs activator 3
Compound A4 is a ryanodine receptor activator insecticide effective against Plutella xylostella and Mythimna separata, with an LC50 of 3.27 mg/L against P. xylostella. It elevates cytosolic calcium, causing toxicity, and is used in insecticide resistance and calcium signaling research in both in vivo and in vitro studies.
