JMJD3/HDAC-IN-1 (A5b) is a dual inhibitor of JMJD3 and HDAC1 (IC50 = 16 nM) . It modulates histone marks by inducing H3K27 hypermethylation and H3K9 hyperacetylation, promoting apoptosis via caspase-7/PARP cleavage. This compound is used in cancer research to study epigenetic mechanisms and has shown efficacy in inhibiting cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in vitro.
