EGFR-IN-89 is a potent and selective fourth-generation EGFR inhibitor, demonstrating high activity (IC50 = 10.1 nM) against the Del19/T790M/C797S triple mutation. It shows preferential inhibition of mutant EGFR over the wild-type receptor. This compound is a valuable chemical probe for studying resistance mechanisms in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in both cellular and animal models.
