Larixol
Larixol is a multi-target small molecule that inhibits fMLP-induced neutrophil activation by blocking key signaling pathways (Src, ERK, p38, AKT) and disrupting Gi protein βγ subunit interactions. It suppresses superoxide generation, cathepsin G release, and chemotaxis (IC50 ~2-3 μM), and its derivatives also inhibit FSGS-linked TRPC6 mutants, supporting research into inflammation and kidney disease.
