Phosphatase-IN-1 (II-8) is a propranolol-derived inhibitor of phosphatidate phosphatase (Pah1) with a 19.8 μM affinity for MoPah1. It demonstrates antifungal activity against plant pathogens in vitro and shows growth inhibition without toxicity to rice and wheat in vivo studies.
