EP12
EP12 is a small molecule that inhibits c-Myc and stabilizes G-quadruplex (G4) DNA, triggering apoptosis and DNA damage in multiple myeloma cells. It suppresses tumor growth by blocking the NF-κB pathway, preventing P65/P50 nuclear translocation, as demonstrated in in vitro and in vivo oncology research.
