BC-05 is a dual-targeting small molecule inhibitor with potent activity against CD13 (IC50 = 0.13 μM) and the 20S proteasome (IC50 = 1.39 μM) . It is a research tool for studying multiple myeloma, with applications in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo xenograft models to investigate therapeutic mechanisms.
