ATR-IN-23 (Compound 34) is a highly potent and selective ATR inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.5 nM. It demonstrates antiproliferative activity in LoVo cells and synthetic lethality in HT-29 cells, supporting its use as a research tool for investigating DNA damage response pathways and associated cancer models in vitro.
