Enpp-1-IN-17 is a selective ENPP1 inhibitor with a Ki of 100 nM-1 μM against cGAMP hydrolysis and >1 μM for ATP, showing >6.4-fold selectivity. This compound is a valuable research tool for studying the cGAS-STING pathway in cancer immunotherapy and inflammatory disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
