PHD2-IN-1 is a potent, orally bioavailable inhibitor of HIF prolyl hydroxylase 2 (PHD2) with an IC50 of 22.53 nM. It is used in anemia research to stabilize HIF-α and promote erythropoiesis, applicable for both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo pharmacological studies.
