PEX5-PEX14 PPI-IN-2 is a small molecule inhibitor of the PEX5-PEX14 protein-protein interaction, exhibiting EC50 values of 5 μM in T. b. brucei and 17 μM in HepG2 cells. It is a research tool for studying peroxisome biology and investigating potential therapeutic strategies for African sleeping sickness.
