Pedunculosumoside F
Pedunculosumoside F is a natural homoflavonoid glucoside with cytotoxic activity against HepG2 2.2.15 cells (CC50 = 56.7 μM) but no direct anti-HBV effect. Its structural analogs, however, demonstrate inhibitory activity on HBsAg secretion, making them useful for studying flavonoid structure-activity relationships in antiviral and cytotoxicity research.
