PAK4-IN-3 (compound 27e) is a potent and selective PAK4 inhibitor with an enzymatic IC50 of 10 nM. It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in A549 lung cancer cells (IC50 = 0.61 μM) by inducing apoptosis and causing G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest, supporting its use in oncology research.
