Org OD 02-0 (10-Ethenyl-19-norprogesterone) is a selective mPRα agonist (IC50=33.9 nM) that activates MAPK signaling and suppresses pituitary prolactin release. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study non-genomic progesterone signaling in neuroendocrinology and reproduction research.
