NKG2D-IN-1 (Compound 21) is a potent small molecule inhibitor of the NKG2D receptor, demonstrating IC50 values of 0.3 μM and 0.7 μM in MICA- and ULBP6-based TR-FRET assays, respectively. This tool compound is used in vitro to investigate NKG2D-mediated immune responses in cancer and autoimmune disease research.
