NICE-01
NICE-01 (AP1867-PEG2-JQ1) is a bifunctional molecule that hijacks the nuclear protein BRD4 to co-transport and trap cytosolic cargoes inside the nucleus. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study and manipulate nuclear import processes, targeted protein degradation, and BRD4-related biology.
