MMH2 is a molecular glue degrader that induces BRD4 BD2 degradation by recruiting the CUL4-DCAF16 E3 ligase complex. It serves as a chemical probe for studying BRD4 biology and BET protein function in cancer and inflammation research, applicable in both cellular and in vivo models.
