MMH1
MMH1 is a molecular glue degrader that selectively targets the second bromodomain (BD2) of BRD4 by recruiting the CUL4-DCAF16 E3 ligase complex. This compound is a valuable chemical probe for studying BRD4 BD2 function in oncology and transcriptional regulation research, applicable in both cellular and in vivo models.
