MFN2 agonist-1 (B-A/l) is a research compound that promotes mitochondrial fusion in MFN2-deficient cells. It rescues mitochondrial dynamics by reversing aggregate formation and restoring motility in neurons with the CMT2A-linked MFN2 T105M mutation, supporting its use in vitro models of mitochondrial dysfunction and neuropathy research.
