KPZ560 is a potent and selective HDAC1/2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 12 nM and 68 nM, respectively. It has been shown to increase dendritic spine density in neuronal studies and exhibits anti-proliferative activity against MCF-7 breast cancer cells in vitro.
