Insecticidal Agent 3 is a potent multichitinase inhibitor from the IGR class, with Ki values of 0.8 μM (Of ChtI), 11.9 μM (Of ChtII), and 2.3 μM (Of Chi-h) . It disrupts molting and growth, showing effective insecticidal activity in research against lepidopteran pests for both in vitro enzyme studies and in vivo bioassays.
