ICMT-IN-21
ICMT-IN-21 (compound 6ag) is a sulfonamide-modified farnesyl cysteine (SMFC) inhibitor of ICMT with an IC50 of 8.8 μM. Its essential farnesyl and carboxylic acid groups enable its use in studying protein prenylation in cancer and cardiovascular research, primarily in in vitro biochemical assays.
