HMGB1-IN-2
HMGB1-IN-2 is a selective HMGB1 inhibitor that at 30 μM reduces IL-1β, TNF-α, and caspase-1 p20 while inhibiting NF-κB phosphorylation in vitro, and at 15 mg/kg i.p. alleviates septic acute kidney injury in mice. It also inhibits Huh7 and A549 cells with IC50 values of 77.0 and 82.0 μM, supporting research in inflammation, sepsis, and cancer.
