Glucoarabin
Glucoarabin is a bioactive glucosinolate whose hydrolyzed product, hGSL 9, induces the phase II detoxification enzyme NQO1 in Hepa1c1c7 cells without altering CYP1A1 activity. This makes it a useful research tool for studying chemopreventive mechanisms and cellular detoxification pathways in vitro.
