Antitumor agent-107

Antitumor agent-107 (compound 5h) is a potent anticancer small molecule that inhibits leukemia cell lines with GI50 values of 0.32-1.34 μM and shows broad-spectrum activity against other human cancer cell lines (GI50 0.35-9.43 μM) . It is used in oncology research for in vitro studies of tumor cell growth and drug sensitivity evaluation.
