Antitumor Agent-105, also known as Compound 37, inhibits the proliferation of A549, H1299, H460, HCT116, and MDA-MB-231 cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 4.3 to 8.3 μM. It is used in oncology research for in vitro antitumor assays and mechanistic studies, based on published literature.
