This small molecule inhibitor suppresses nitric oxide production with an IC50 of 12.95 μM and demonstrates concentration-dependent downregulation of iNOS, phospho-p65, and β-catenin proteins. It is a useful research tool for in vitro studies of inflammatory signaling pathways, including NF-κB and Wnt.
