Genkwadaphnin
Genkwadaphnin is a daphnane diterpenoid that acts as an importin-β1 inhibitor, thereby blocking the nuclear translocation of key drivers in castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) . This mechanism suppresses oncogenic signaling, demonstrating potent anti-tumor activity in both in vitro studies and in vivo mouse models of CRPC.
