GDI2-IN-1

GDI2-IN-1 (compound (+) -37) is a potent small molecule inhibitor of GDP-dissociation inhibitor beta (GDI2), exhibiting an IC50 of 2.87 μM and a K D of 36 μM. It shows robust in vivo antitumor activity in GDI2-overexpressing pancreatic cancer xenograft models, supporting its use for in vitro and in vivo research into Rab protein trafficking and oncology pathways.
