EGFR/HER2/DHFR-IN-3
EGFR/HER2/DHFR-IN-3 is a potent dual inhibitor of EGFR (IC50=0.138 μM) and HER2 (IC50=0.092 μM), with additional DHFR inhibition (IC50=0.193 μM) . It induces S-phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in MCF7 breast cancer cells, supporting its application in oncology research and mechanistic studies.
