GSK-J1 lithium salt
GSK-J1 lithium salt is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the H3K27me3/me2 demethylases JMJD3 (KDM6B) and UTX (KDM6A), exhibiting an IC50 of 60 nM against KDM6B. This inhibitor is widely used in vitro and in vivo to investigate the role of these epigenetic regulators in cancer, immunology, and stem cell biology.
