Terbogrel
Terbogrel is a dual-action small molecule that potently antagonizes the thromboxane A2 receptor and inhibits thromboxane A2 synthase, both with IC50 values of approximately 10 nM. This antiplatelet agent is used in research to study mechanisms of platelet aggregation and thrombosis in experimental models, both in vitro and in vivo.
