E3 ligase Ligand 10
E3 ligase Ligand 10 is a chemical moiety used to construct PROTAC degraders. When linked to a target-binding molecule, it recruits E3 ubiquitin ligase to induce the degradation of specific oncoproteins, a mechanism validated in both cellular and animal model studies of cancer.
