CIAP1 ligand 1
CIAP1 ligand 1 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) based on an LCL161 derivative that recruits E3 ubiquitin ligases to induce target protein degradation. It is used in prostate cancer research, particularly in conjunction with androgen receptor ligands, for developing novel degraders and has been applied in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
