Pitolisant
Pitolisant is a selective, non-imidazole histamine H3 receptor antagonist used in research. It is applied in preclinical studies of narcolepsy, particularly for investigating mechanisms of excessive daytime sleepiness and cataplexy in both in vitro and in vivo models.
