Tandutinib hydrochloride is a potent and selective FLT3 inhibitor (IC50=0.22 μM) that also targets c-Kit and PDGFR. It has demonstrated research utility in models of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and is noted for its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier in preclinical studies.
