DMTr-TNA-U-amidite is a phosphoramidite monomer used in the solid-phase synthesis of therapeutic oligonucleotides. It enables the incorporation of unnatural threose nucleic acid (TNA) residues, facilitating in vitro studies of genetic regulation, aptamer development, and the exploration of novel xenobiotic nucleic acid systems.
