AMP-PCP disodium is a non-hydrolyzable ATP analog that binds the N-terminal domain of Hsp90 with a Kd of 3.8 μM, promoting its active homodimeric state. This compound is used in vitro to study Hsp90's ATPase-driven chaperone cycle, conformational dynamics, and its role in protein folding and client protein stabilization.
