(R) -Naroparcil is the (R) -isomer of Naroparcil, a synthetic 4-methylumbelliferyl β-D-xyloside analog. This compound has been studied for its role in modulating vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and has demonstrated antithrombotic activity in vivo, such as in the Wessler stasis model of thrombosis.
