Moxilubant
Moxilubant is a small molecule antagonist of the leukotriene B4 receptor 1 (LTB4R/BLT1) . It is utilized in research for inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, including psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. Its application extends to in vitro binding assays and in vivo models of inflammation to study LTB4 pathway inhibition.
