Zelavespib HCl

PU-H71 HCl (Zelavespib HCl) is a purine-scaffold Hsp90 inhibitor and radiosensitizer with demonstrated antitumor activity in preclinical models. It impairs DNA double-strand break repair by downregulating key proteins like Rad51 and Ku70, relevant to homologous recombination and non-homologous end joining pathways. Its efficacy has been studied in various in vitro and in vivo cancer models.
