BRD4-IN-4 is a selective BRD4 inhibitor (IC50 = 6.83 μM) that suppresses proliferation and induces G1 phase arrest in MV4-11 leukemia cells. It serves as a useful chemical probe for investigating BRD4 biology and studying mixed-lineage leukemia (MLL) in cellular research models.
