Chloroallyl methenamine chloride
Cis-1- (3-Chloroallyl) -3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane chloride, the cis-isomer of Quaternium-15, is a cosmetic preservative and antistatic agent. While it demonstrates antimicrobial properties in vitro, in vivo studies in rats indicate it is an oral teratogen but not a dermal teratogen at relevant exposure levels.
