UNC1062 is a potent and highly selective MERTK tyrosine kinase inhibitor, with an IC50 of 1.1 nM. It demonstrates functional activity in vitro by inhibiting melanoma cell proliferation, colony formation, and invasion, and shows selectivity over related TAM family kinases TYRO3 and AXL.
