Naroparcil
Naroparcil is an orally active thioglycoside analog of 4-methylumbelliferyl β-D-xyloside with antithrombotic properties. It demonstrated efficacy in a venous thrombosis model by enhancing thrombin/HCII complex formation and inducing dermatatan sulfate-like activity, while reducing thrombin/antithrombin III complexes. This makes it a useful research tool for studying glycosaminoglycan-mimetic mechanisms in coagulation.
